We believe family moments belong to families, not to algorithms or advertisers.

Famly only collects the minimum information necessary to make the app work safely and smoothly:

Account information: name, email, and password (encrypted).

Shared content: photos, messages, or posts you choose to upload.

Technical data: basic device and usage information to help us improve performance and fix bugs.

We never sell, share, or trade your data with advertisers or third parties.

2. How your data is used

We use your information only to:

Allow you to log in and manage your account.

Show your shared family content securely to your chosen family members.

Maintain the security and performance of the app.

That’s it, no ads, no tracking, no profiling.

3. How we keep your data safe

All connections to Famly are encrypted (HTTPS).

Content is stored securely and accessible only to your invited family members.

We routinely review our security systems to protect against unauthorized access or data loss.

If you ever delete your account, all your data and media are permanently removed from our servers.

4. Your control

You can:

Access and download your data at any time.

Delete your account whenever you choose.

Simply email privacy@famlysocial.com and we’ll assist you right away.

5. Children’s privacy

Famly is designed to be family-friendly, but accounts must be created by adults (18+).

Parents or guardians are responsible for managing access for children under 18.

6. Updates

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll post them here and update the “last updated” date.

Major updates will also be shared in the app.
